Kenneth Wayne Malone, 60, of Petal and formerly of McComb, passed away, Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Perry County Hospital in Richton. He was born July 27, 1957 in Rosedale, MS. He was the son of Homer O. Malone and Joann Canady Lambert. He was a truck driver for Enviro in Petal. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and had a passion for playing dominos and shooting pool. He is preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Glenn and Sammy Malone. He is survived by his mother, Joann Canady Lambert of McComb; seven daughters , Stacy Bodkins of Clinton, MS, Anna Watson and husband, Bryan of Roanoke, TX, Kristen Dykes and husband, Shawn of Petal, MS, Stephanie Lowe of Clinton, MS, Sarah Malone, Katie Malone and Emily Malone all of New Augusta, MS; two brothers, Warren Malone of Smithdale, MS and Homer Malone of Brookhaven, MS; his sister, Lynne Sumrall of Jayess, MS; eleven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is Tuesday at Catchings Funeral Home, 506 Maryland Avenue, McComb, MS 39648 from 11AM until 1PM. Graveside services will be 2PM at Powell's Grove Cemetery in Jayess.
