Terry Gilbert Smith's Obituary
Terry Gilbert Smith, 63, of Pricedale, passed away, Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the Cardiovascular Institute of Mississippi.
He was born July 26, 1955 in Tylertown, MS to the late Percy Gilbert and Louise Dillon Smith.
He was owner and operator of McComb Welding and Machine Works..
He is survived by his wife, Dixie Lue Dickey Smith of Pricedale; three daughters, Terri Diane Baisden-Dow and Kayla Ard of McComb and Misty Smith of Osyka; his brother, Stacey Smith of Smithdale; his sister and brother-in-law, Belinda and Steve Price of Pricedale; three nephews, Kole Smith, Karson Smith and Drew Price; one niece, Stephanie Ragsdale; his lifetime friend, Dr. Rusty "Homer" Durham and numerous grandchildren.
Visitation is Wednesday at Sharkey Funeral Home, 1023 Old Brookhaven Road, Summit, MS 39666 from 5PM until 8PM and Thursday from 9AM until services at 10AM with Bro. Justin Craft and Bro. Justin Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in Bogue Chitto at Carter's Creek cemetery in Pricedale.
Pallbearers are Dr. William Havey "Rusty" Durham, Jim Kaberleine, Jr. McCue, Kenny Saucier, David Travis, Louis Norman, and Chris Anderson. Honorary pallbearers are Banks Norman, Keith Thornton and Bobby Alford.
