Susan Denise Polk, 45, of McComb, passed away, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.She was born November 30, 1972 in Pike County, MS. She was the daughter of Glenn and Marlene Rayborn Polk.She was a member of New Heights Baptist Church; Miss Matties special friends of the Library and R.E. M. Susan attended Magnolia Place and loved being a part of Camp Sunshine each year.

She is survived by her parents, Glenn and Marlene Polk of McComb; her brother, Jason Polk and wife, Stephanie and nephews, Sammy Polk and Jaxson Polk of Lake Charles, LA; her sister, Sarah Brister and husband, Tony and nephews Logan Polk and John Reidy of McComb and numerous other family and friends.

Visitation was Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit from 2PM until services at 4PM with Rev. Trey Hess officiating. Burial was in Pike Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers were Bill Walley, Tony Brister, Dewayne Polk, Mervin Boyd, Robbie Boyd and Jason Polk.
