Mr. Steve Wallace, 65, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at his residence. He was born on April 27, 1956 in McComb, MS, to Mr. James Wallace and Mrs. Merrose G. Wallace.

He enjoyed flying, fishing, and spending time with family. He also found pleasure in his work as an electrician and HVAC technician.  As an active Jehovah's Witness, he also enjoyed sharing good news with others in his ministry and in volunteer construction work.  He was a loving father and husband, and he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Merrose G. Wallace.

Survivors are his wife of almost 38 years, Jennie Dufore Wallace; his father James Wallace, three siblings, two daughters, Jessica Ivey (John) Misty Kirby (Jamie); two sons, Elliot Wallace (Kim), Jason Pennington (JJ); six grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Memorial services for Mr. Steve Wallace will be on November, 6, 2021 at 3:00 PM, online via Zoom.  The ID is 532 428 6985 and the passcode is 047644 for anyone wishing to join.  Visitation will be immediately following the memorial service at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, MS at 4:30 PM until 6:30 PM.
