Billy, known affectionately throughout the community as "The Peanut Man," was a familiar face to many and never met a stranger. A proud veteran of the United States Army, he served his country with honor and carried that same sense of dedication and responsibility throughout his life. He had a deep appreciation for God's creation and found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. Whether casting a line into the water, spending time outdoors, or enjoying nature's beauty, fishing and the outdoors were among his greatest passions.
