Mr. Robert "Bob" Perkinson, 79, of Summit, MS, passed from this life on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Bob was born on October 6, 1940 in Jefferson City, MO and was the son of Elmer Robert Perkinson and Twilla Wayne Williams Perkinson. He loved to golf and loved to travel with his wife for many years. He loved his work in the construction field. He loved his family and enjoyed the time spent with them. He also had a love for Yorkies and had two very special ones of his own, Mr. P and Little Missy.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Coleen Perkinson.

He is survived by his wife of 51 loving years, Peggy Fox Perkinson of Summit, MS; three sons, David Perkinson of Champaign, IL, Richard Perkinson of Summit, MS and Robert Perkinson Jr. and Charlotte of Richmond, VA; one daughter, Pamela Manis and Joe of Greenwood, AR; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
