Robert Lee Dunn 93 of McComb/Woodville, MS passed away December 25, 2023 at One Magnolia Place Assisted Living Center in Gulfport, MS. Robert Dunn was born Aug 14, 1930 as the eldest of four children to the late Lucious Lee Dunn and Hazel Irene (Rutland) Dunn. He was proceeded in death by his first wife Elwanda (Pine) Peters, granddaughter Loren Ouida Froman, his sister Evelyn Alyne (Dunn) Gillis, and brother Kenneth John Dunn, nephews James Allen Lee and Johnny Greer, and niece Jennifer Lynn (Dunn) Bacot.

Robert was in the Air Force from 12/12/1950 to 12/6/1952 as a Military Policeman.  He was a Mississippi Highway Patrolman in District M from approximately 1964 to 1977 and he retired as a Game Warden and District Supervisor.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Catchings - Sharkey Funeral Home, 1023 Old Brookhaven Rd, Summit, MS 39666 from 11:00 am until Funeral Service at 1:00 pm with burial following at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 106 Morgantown Rd, Natchez, MS.

He is survived by his second estranged wife Gwen Dunn, as well as his sister Helen Lucille (Dunn) Kelly and children Dwayne Robert Dunn and wife Yvonne (Farmer) Dunn, Wanda Jo (Dunn) Thomas and husband Joe Thomas (Deceased), Shelia Kaye (Dunn) Thornton and husband John Thornton, and Susan Faye (Dunn) Froman and husband Earl Duane Froman. Grandchildren are Clinton Earl Dunn and wife Dawn (Russell) Dunn, Shelley Marie (Dunn) Snyder and husband Tim John Snyder, Julie Ann (Thomas) Etheridge and husband Rusty Curtis Etheridge, Amy Sue (Thomas) Charrier and husband Art Charrier, Tiffany Paulk and husband Chuck Paulk, Amanda Jo (Burns) Arcement and husband Scott J. Arcement, Jaron Danon Duane Froman, Shaina Joy (Froman) Barnett and husband Robert A. Barnett, Jesse Dillon Duane Froman, Justus Daron Duane Froman and wife Cami  (Rainey) Froman, Elysha Marie (Froman) Cardinale and husband Anthony G. Cardinale, Jarod Duncan Duane Froman and wife Meghan (August) Froman, Emma-Leigh Elwanda (Froman) Rapp and husband Howard J. Rapp III as well as Nephews Perry Lee Greer, Randal Keith Dunn and Nieces Shirley Diane (Lee) Reeves, Ava Marie (Lee) Cox, Hellen Marie (Greer) Wells, Connie Jean (Greer) DeLaughter, and 31 Great Grandchildren.
