Robert Brady Brooks, 87, of Brandon and formerly of Magnolia, passed away, April 11, 2018 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.He was born February 28. 1931 in Magnolia. He was the son of Clark and Mamie Smith Brooks. He was retired from the United States Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Alta Woods Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Charles and J.W. Brooks.

He is survived by his wife, Irene Laverne Magee Brooks of Brandon, his son, Robert Raymond Brooks of Ridgeland; two daughters, Deborah L. Brooks of McComb and Beverly Diane Brooks of Brandon and three grandchildren, Cameron Brooks, Leland Brooks and Loren Brooks.Graveside services will be Friday at 2PM at Magnolia cemetery under the direction of Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit.
