Paula Anne
Campbell
Sep 6, 1940 — Sep 11, 2026
Paula Anne Campbell 86, born September 6, 1940, in Georgia, passed away September 11, 2026, at Halo Havens in Brookhaven Mississippi.
For 56 years, she shared a beautiful life and marriage with her beloved husband, Charles. Throughout those years, she embraced the many roles that made her life meaningful—as a devoted wife, homemaker, military spouse, friend, volunteer, and loving member of her community.
As a homemaker and military wife, she created a warm and welcoming home wherever life took her and Charles. She understood the unique joys and challenges of military life and was deeply involved in supporting other military families. Her dedication to those around her led her to serve as President of the NCO Wives Club, where she formed lasting friendships and gave her time and talents to strengthen the military community.
She was also an active member of the Junior League and the Homemakers Association of Mississippi, organizations that reflected her love of service, fellowship, and community. Through her involvement, she touched the lives of many and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
One of her greatest joys was collecting antiques. She had an appreciation for the beauty, history, and stories held within treasured pieces from the past. She also loved making crafts, finding special joy in creating things with her own hands. Her creativity and eye for beauty could be seen in the many projects and treasures she collected throughout her life.
Above all, she treasured her family, her marriage to Charles, and the friendships she made along the way. Her 56 years of marriage were a testament to love, commitment, companionship, and a life shared through all of life's seasons.
She will be remembered for her generous spirit, creativity, love of history and beautiful things, dedication to others, and the many lives she touched through her years of service and friendship. Her legacy lives on in the memories she created the friendships she nurtured, and the love she gave so freely.
Paula was preceded in death by her husband Charles Campbell and her parents Woodrow and Mary Jacobs Worley.
She is survived by two sons, Charles Campbell II (Diane), Sidney Campbell (Laurie); six grandchildren, Charles (Tre) Campbell III (Keisha), Hailey Paige (Harvey), John Campbell, Rebecca Campbell (Grace), Tanner Campbell, Hannah Campbell; three great grandchildren, Christian Paige, Devlin Paige and Delilah Campbell.
