Obituary

On Wednesday, January, 24, 2018, Patricia Holland Pace, after a brief illness, slipped the surly bonds of this world and flew into the arms of Jesus. Patricia was a loving, Christian wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. A woman of grace and strength, Patricia was utterly devoted to her family, and faithfully lived out that devotion her entire life. Patricia was born May 9 1949 in Bude, MS. She was a long time resident of the McComb area where she forged many dear friendships. She and her husband, Wayne, owned and operated a successful home and pool construction business in McComb for many years. But her love, her joy and her life's center was the Lord and her family.

She was preceded in her passing by her parents, Lamar Holland and Cammie Burlison Holland; sisters, Deborah Holland, and Aquilla Holland King; granddaughter, Cameron Johnson; and parents-in-law, T. J. and Thelma Ellis.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Glen Wayne Pace, of McComb, MS; three children, Nikki Pace and mate, Mel Quinn, Tara Johnson and husband Rick, and Glen Wayne Pace, Jr. and fiancé Heather Johnson, all of McComb, MS; grandchildren, Brittany Sasser and husband Blake, of Bogue Chitto, MS, Brandon Pace, Kyle Williams, Austin Williams and fiancé Sandy, Kelsi Williams, Chelsea Bates and husband Cody, and Travis Johnson, all of McComb; as well as seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by six siblings, David and Barbara Holland, Carolyn and Frank Roberts, Mary Ann and Jerry Warren, Glen Holland, and Sharman Hart, all of Natchez, and Charles and Rita Holland, of Pensacola, FL.
