Mr. Oliver J. Boyd, 94, of Summit, MS, passed from this life on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb, MS.

Mr. Oliver was born in Walthall County, MS on December 28, 1926 and was the son of Arthur R. Boyd and Olivette Duncan Boyd.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Helen Moak Boyd; one brother, Otho R. Boyd and sister-in-law, Mary Evelyn Boyd.

He is survived by one step-daughter, Eileane Cutrer and Mike of McComb, MS; one step-son, David Smith of Summit, MS; one adopted son, Danny O'Quinn and Apple of Beulah, ND, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
