Mrs. Nancy Kirkfield Goodwin, 80, of McComb, MS, passed from this life on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was born into this world on November 19, 1942 in McComb, MS, to Charles Kirkfield and Maude Lee Bass Kirkfield.

She enjoyed fishing, all her animals, and everything outside, from mowing the yard to burning tree limbs. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and friend. She truly cherished her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Charles Kirkfield.

She is survived by two sons, Ronnie Goodwin (Prem) and Jim Goodwin (Stacy); nine grandchildren, Zachary, Elisabeth, Elijah, James, Nathan, Tay, Kelcee, Kyler, Kynslee; one great grandchild, Noah; and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are James Brumfield, Russel Fleming, Bryant McClendon, Nathan Srithong, Chad Kirkfield, and Robin Fenn.

Honorary pallbearer is Mac McEwen.

A visitation will be held at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, MS, Saturday, July 1st, beginning at 10AM until time of service at 12PM. A graveside service will immediately follow at Hollywood Cemetery with Dr. David Millican and Pastor Kevin Bullock officiating.
