Elaine passed away peacefully on Thursday October 12, 2023 in Tylertown, MS.  She was born the youngest child to Iley Dudley Williams and Olive Nettles Rowley Williams on December 8, 1946 in McComb, MS.  The family attended Terry's Creek Baptist Church.

Elaine graduated from Magnolia High School in 1965 and worked many years at Seago Lumber and later in Section 8 Housing.  She enjoyed bargain hunting, putting together puzzles, and supporting Roger with his computer repair business.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Clifton and Bobby Williams, and her husband Roger Hutchins.

Survivors include Elaine's nieces Denise (Williams) Dykes of D'Iberville, MS, and Sheryl (Williams) McCoy of Cleburne, TX and many other family members and close friends.
