Mrs. Finley, 83, formerly of Baton Rouge, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at her residence in Centreville, MS. She was born on September 9, 1934, in Wisner, LA, to Phillip and Sarah Scott Dobyns. She was of the Baptist faith; owned and operated Bounds Vacuum Services in Baton Rouge, LA for over 30 years; and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, L. J. Bounds; son, James Bounds; and step-son, Michael Bryan Finley.

Survivors are her husband of 32 years, Michael R. Finley; son, Robert Bounds and wife Pamela; daughter, Rebecca Kirby; step-daughter, Christina Finley; step-son, Christopher M. Finley and wife Terri; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Hospice Compassus.
