Funeral services for Mrs. Loyce Simmons Searcy, 79, of McComb, Mississippi, will be held at Catchings-Sharkey Funeral Home (1023 Old Brookhaven Rd, Summit, MS, 39666) on Saturday, October 11, at 2:00 in the afternoon; graveside services will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery (Magnolia, MS). An hour of visitation will be held at the funeral home on the same day from 1:00 PM until time of services.

Mrs. Searcy passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025; she was born to Leslie and Sallie Simmons in Pike County on April 26, 1946.

She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husbands, Fleet O'Quinn, Jr., and Walter Searcy; former husband and father of her children, GeRoy Chadwick; and one son, Troy Chadwick.

Survivors include two daughters, Wendy Campbell and Cindy Boyle, both of Arizona; grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and her twin sister, Joyce Bettencourt of Tylertown.
