Larry M. Brown, Sr., 75 of Bridge City, LA, passed away September 6, 2018, at his residence.He was born August 30, 1943 in Magee, MS. He was the son of Fred M. and Minnie Bell Warren Brown. He was retired from Ingalls Shipyard and was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Jerry Brown; four sisters, Percy Mae Flowers, Mary L. Griffin, Mildred J. Bly and Essie Ree Brown.

He is survived by his son, Larry M. Brown, Jr. and wife, Donna from Gonzales, LA; his daughter, Lisa Brown and fiance', Billy Freeman of New Orleans; one brother, Charles Brown and wife, Joanne of Marrero; his sister-in-law, Anna Brown of Summit; grandchildren, Lauren Bourgeois and husband, Todd, Logan Brown and fiance', Charli Tortorich , David Crysup, Darleen Crysup and Angela Willis; great-grandchildren, Martie Lynne Bourgeois, Avery Willis and Zeke Thomisse; longtime friend, Mary Ann Keeley and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Tuesday at Sharkey Funeral Home, 1023 Old Brookhaven Rd., Summit, MS, 39666, Tuesday, September 11,2018 from 9AM until services at 11AM with Bro. Rick Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery.
