Mr. Kevin Scott Cook, 56, of Magnolia, MS, passed from this life on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 6, 1967 in Independence, LA, to Willie Cook and Carolyn Hand Cook.

He enjoyed many outdoor activities including fishing and anything to do with racing motorsports. Music was a big part of his life. He was an avid drummer, but he enjoyed playing guitar as well.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife , Cynthia McKee; one daughter, Brandie Ming Populis (Joseph); two step children, John (Keri) Newman and Katelyn (Allen) Robertson; nine grandchildren, Christian Ming (Whitney), Caden Ming, Dannyn Ming, Tyler Populis, Jayden Newman, Bella Newman, Bambie Robertson, Kaston Robertson, and Banner Robertson; expecting one great grandchild, John Waylon Ming; and a host of family and friends.
