Mr. Kenneth Dunn, 79, of McComb, MS passed from this life on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Southwest MS Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 6, 1943 in Magee, MS, to Lucious Lee Dunn and Hazel Rutland Dunn.

He was a simple man who loved his family and God. He was known through the years for working in management at McComb Lumber and Coal, Fernwood Industries, and Perkins Hardware in Brookhaven. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Preceding him in death were his parents, his first wife, Norma Lazarus Dunn; one daughter, Jennifer Bacot-Pace; one sister, Evelyn Gillis.

Survivors are his wife of eight years, Kay Dunn; one son, Randy Dunn; one step-daughter, Jessica Ard (Robert); one sister, Lucille Kelly; one brother, Robert Dunn (Gwen); eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are Randy Dunn, Michael Didon, Tyler Ard, Dustin Bacot, Tyler Dunn, and Justin Didon.

Honorary pallbearers are Perry Greer and Garrett Bryant.

A visitation will be held Thursday, January 12, at Sharkey Funeral Home beginning at 9AM until time of service at 11AM. A graveside service will immediately follow at Navilla Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. EJ Didon officiating.

The family requests memorials be made in his name to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
