Mr. John Bethel "J.B." Johnson, 77, of Magnolia, MS, passed from this life on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at his residence. He was born on December 25, 1945 in Prichard, AL, to Mary and Roscoe Johnson.

He enjoyed old cars, animals, and spending time with family and friends listening to old country music. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Preceding him in death were his parents; mother of his children,  Syble Johnson;  son, Wayne Johnson; sisters, Estelle Melton and Glenda Campbell; and brothers, Buddy Johnson and Hubert Johnson.

Survivors are one daughter, Nicole Phillips and husband  Justin Phillips; two sons, Anthony Johnson and wife Michelle Johnson; and Danny Johnson; one brother, Danny Johnson and wife Elaine Johnson ; grandchildren, Richard Johnson, Dianna Eisworth, Garrett Regan, Stephanie Fleming, Brandi Newman, John David Newman, Kate Robertson, Eli Johnson, Graci Phillips, Allana Phillips, Justin Phillips Jr, and Camryn Phillips ; great grandchildren, Hayden Eisworth, Bentley Eisworth, Levi Eisworth, Christian Ming, Caden Ming, Dannyn Ming, Jayden Newman, Bella Newman, Bambie Robertson, Kaston Robertson, and Banner Robertson; and a host of family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
