James Eddie "Jim" McCullough, 63, of McComb, passed away, Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at his residence.He was born January 8, 1955 in Port Sulphur, LA. He was the son of Frank Edgar and Martha Ann Lawrence McCullough.He worked for over 30 years for the City of McComb and served as Traffic Supervisor. Mr. McCullough was an avid traffic light collector. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents; three infant daughters, Joycelyn Marie McCullough, Barbara Jo McCullough and Kathereen Nicole McCullough; his brother, Frank Edgar McCullough, Jr.: a nephew, Owen McCullough and a brother-in-law, Rev. Johnnie Place, Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Viola Maier McCullough of McComb; his son, James Clifton "Cliff" McCullough; his daughter, Rebecca "Becky" Cutrer of Pricedale; two sisters, Joyce Place of Daphne, AL and Polly Machowski of Utica, MS; six grandchildren, Martha McCullough, Abigail McCullough, Josephine McCullough, Elizabeth Cutrer, KayLee Cutrer and Austin Cutrer; one great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Grace Reid and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Saturday at Sharkey Funeral Home 1023 Old Brookhaven Road, Summit, MS 39666 from 2PM until services at 6PM with Bro. Lee Mathis officiating. The family requests interment to be private.
