Mr. Harry Devlin Parker, 90, of Summit, MS, passed from this life on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born on January 7, 1932 in New Orleans, LA, to Harry Parker and Lena Lee Devlin Parker.

He proudly served in active duty with the United States Marine Corps. He was an animal lover, but he had a special affection for his dogs. He also enjoyed spending time on his computer.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Harry Parker, Jr.; one grandson, Clint Anthony Parker.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Peggy Lavinghouse Parker; two daughters, Bonnie Parker and Jane Parker Jessen; one son, Mark Parker; one sister, Lena Lee Devlin Parker Guillot; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to the staff of Deaconess Hospice and all who cared for Mr. Harry.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
