Mr. Harold Roberts, 92, of Summit, passed from this life on December 24, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Harold was born May 18, 1927 and was the son of Johnny Roberts and Bessie Mae Reeves Roberts. He was a longtime member of the 7 ^th Day Adventist Church in Summit and McComb. He loved southern gospel/blue grass music and played the guitar and harmonica. He enjoyed gardening, nature, and enjoyed the occasional visit to Cade's Cove in The Great Smokey Mountains. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great- grandfather, and friend.

Preceding him in death are his parents; two brothers, Loyd Julian Roberts and Colin Norris Roberts and one sister, Margie Roberts.

Survivors are his wife of 67 years, Frances Smith Roberts; three sons, Loyd Roland Roberts of Bridgeport, AL, Robin Dale Roberts of Pensacola, FL and Daniel Lee Roberts and Melinda of Flat Rock, AL; nine grandchildren; eight  great-grandchildren and host of other relatives, family and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit from 12PM until time of service at 3PM with Bro. Stephen Finny officiating. Burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Summit.

Pallbearers are Jamie Bozeman, Barry Brister, Dustin Roberts, Charles Roberts and Jason Mercier.
