Mrs. Frankie Mae Allen Jordan, 82, passed from this life on Friday, March 11, 2022, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 2, 1939 in McComb, MS, to Frank C. Allen and Rethie Mae McGehee Allen.
She enjoyed spending time with family. She spent 38 years running her florist shop, Frankie's Flowerland in Bude. She served as the music director at Ebenezer UMC. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one great-grandchild, Skyla Faith Jordan.
She is survived by two daughters, Jill Gilbert (Ken) and Jan Howell (Tony); two sons, Norris Allen "Jack" Jordan (Vicky) and James Madison "Jim" Jordan (Angel); ten grandchildren, Aimee Gilbert, Jordan Gilbert, Elizabeth Howell (Jamie), Kevin Howell (Heather), Jacob Jordan (Ally), Aliza Jordan, Jamie Jordan (Brandi), Daniel Jordan (Sandra), Lynn Bailey, and Laurn Holmes (Christopher); eight great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
A visitation will be held Sunday, March 13, beginning at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will continue Monday, March 14, beginning at 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 4596 Bogue Chitto Rd, McCall Creek, MS. A graveside service will follow at Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Toby Jones and Bro. Hollis McGehee will officiate with Sharkey Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family requests donations be made in her name to Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery Fund 2515 Allen Rd, Smithdale, MS 39664 or the charity of your choice.
