January 10, 1939 – June 27, 2022
Mrs. Ethel Loraine Lee Williams, 83 of Magnolia, MS, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 27, 2022 at her residence.
Mrs. Loraine was born in Tylertown, MS on January 10, 1939 and was the daughter Oscar Lee and Edith Higgins Lee. She was a longtime member of Bluff Springs Baptist Church where she served as a hostess and also involved in many other things in the church. Her parents passed away early in life and she made her home with Mr. Herbert and Mrs. Estelle Rainwater of Gillsburg, MS. They raised her until she married. She enjoyed cooking for her family and was known for more than many great dishes, as well as her famous coconut cake. She was a selfless person and always put other people's needs before her own. She never wanted to impose on anyone but she was always grateful for the things done for her. It's been said by her grandchildren and many others, that if you came to her house, She made you feel like you were at home. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
