Ernest Eugene Creel, 62, of McComb, MS, passed away, Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Courtyard Rehabilitation and Healthcare.

He was born on January 4, 1957 in McComb, MS, to Howard Ray Creel and Earnisteen Coker Creel.

He is preceded in death by his father; a brother, Robert Howard Creel; paternal grandparents, Edgar Ray and Lois Martin Creel and maternal grandparents, Ernest E. and Lula Belle Coker Orr.

He is survived by his mother, Earnisteen C. Creel;  two daughters; one sister, Rae Creel and a sister-in-law, Willie Neal Creel.

Visitation is Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Sharkey Funeral Home, 1023 Old Brookhaven Road,  Summit, MS  from 1:00PM until services at 3:00PM with Bro. John Underwood officiating.   Burial will follow in Hollywood cemetery.

Pallbearers are Dickey Fenn, Milton Franklin, Robert Bryan, Lonnie Fournet, Cassels Wilson, and Jehu Tate.

The family would like to thank Hospice Compassus for the wonderful care given to Mr. Creel during his illness.
