Mrs. Dorothy Lee Wallace, 63, passed from this life on Friday, June 24, 2022, at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born on July 5, 1958 in McComb, MS, to Benton Gordon Case and Jessie Lee Walters Case.

Mrs. Dottie was a member of South McComb Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. She enjoyed serving her community as a nurse for 33 years. She loved spending time with her family who were recipients of many crocheted gifts. She also was very involved with her sorority sisters. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, William Thomas Case; and one grandson, William Zachary Whitson.

She is survived by her husband of fifteen years, Aubrey Wallace; two sisters, Maggie Maddie and her husband Danny, and Jan Case; one brother, David Case; four daughters, Renee Whatley, Melissa Fuller and her husband Danny, Lacie Gennaro and her husband Chip, and Melissa Allred; one son, Vincent Allen Whitson; fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren,; and a host of family, friends, and sorority sisters.

Pallbearers are Ben Case, Clay Wallace, Danny Fuller, Robert Young, Dwayne Asher, Cayden Whitson, and Chip Gennaro.

Honorary pallbearers are Danny Maddie and David Case.

A visitation will be held Sunday, June 26 ^th at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, MS beginning at 4:00 until 7:00 and will continue Monday,  June 27 ^th at 10:00 until time of service at 11:00. A graveside service will be held immediately after at Montgomery Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. David Millican officiating. Sharkey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
