Donna Vails Thomas, 78, of McComb, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 at St. Dominic Memorial Hospital.

She was born November 21, 1940 in Wyatt, MO.  She was the daughter of U.F. and Betty Brown Vails.

Donna was an active, longtime member of South McComb Baptist Church and was a member of the McDowell Music Club.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers,  Danny and Steven Vails.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bobby P. Thomas;  daughter, Stacey Thomas and son, Chris Thomas, all of McComb; three sisters, Karen Leak of Slidell, LA, Cynthia Shupe of Breaux Bridge, LA and Judy Wallace of Milton, FL; six grandchildren, Anne-Malone Thomas, Guy Thomas, Breland Alford, Kole Alford, Kennedy Alford and Karson Thomas.

Visitation is Wednesday at South McComb Baptist Church, 340 24 ^th Street, McComb, MS 39648 from 9AM until services at 11AM with Bro. Jeff Van and Dr. David Millican officiating.  Interment will follow in Robinson Cemetery under the direction of Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit.
