David Clifton Moak died April 22, 2018, at his residence in Bogue Chitto, MS.

Visitation is at 10:00 A. M. Friday, April 27 at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit until services there at 10:30 A. M. with the Reverend Rick Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery in McComb. Sharkey Funeral home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Moak was born July 9, 1953, in McComb, the son of Clifton T. Moak and Jeanie McCollough Moak. He was a faithful member of East McComb Baptist Church and later, New Heights Baptist Church, for many years.Mr. Moak was a veteran, having served in the U. S. Navy. Until his retirement, he worked in the oil fields.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Diane Moak Stewart, a brother in law, James Thomas Jim\x9D Stewart.

He is survived by his first cousins: Connley Moak of Brookhaven; Ann Moak Sasser of Summit; and Jennifer Moak Case of Summit; a very special friend, Janet Stewart of McComb and a host of other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to New Heights Baptist Church.
