David Lynn Bailey, 40, of Smithdale, MS passed from this life on March 19, 2022 at his residence.  He was born in Jackson, MS on December 6, 1981, and was the son of Russell Bailey and Angel Jordan.

Lynn loved the outdoors. He loved doing woodwork, hunting, and watersports. He loved spending time with his kids, Keller and Kailey.  He enjoyed spending time and training his dogs.  He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, Angel Jordan (Jim); one son, Keller Bailey; one daughter, Kailey Crawford; one sister, Laurn Holmes (Christopher), two stepbrothers, Jamie Jordan(Brandi) and Daniel Jordan (Sandra) and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 2pm to 4pm in the Ebenezer Methodist Church fellowship hall in Franklin County.
