Darren Ray Silvas, 49, of McComb, passed away, Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Ochsner Medical Center.He was born December 3, 1968 in McComb. He was the son of Arthur R. Silvas and Retha Inez Smith Farmer. He was a painting contractor.

He is preceded in death by his mother; a brother, Tony Sumrall and a sister, Theresa Ann Silvas.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Arthur R. and Sharon Silvas of Des Allemands, LA; two sisters, Trina Trahan of Port Arthur, TX and Laura Silvas of Glendora, CA; four brothers, Art Silvas, Jr. of San Bernardino, CA; Charles Dean Silvas and wife, Stacy of Pearlington, MS, Damon Farmer of Springfield, LA and Albert Silvas of New Orleans and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Union Primitive Baptist Church cemetery at 1:30PM with Elder Mickey Myers officiating. Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit is in charge of arrangements.Share condolences at sharkeyfuneralhome.com
