Charles L. Morgan passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the age of 82 surrounded by his loved ones at his residence.

The beloved husband of Dorothy "Dot" Coney Morgan for 62 years. Loving father of David Morgan (Brenda) and the late Pamela "Pam" Morgan Kippers. Charles was born on January 16, 1942 in Mississippi, to the late Rufus Morgan and Eve Edna Tarver Morgan. Brother to Beverly Broussard and the late Joseph Lynette Morgan Davis (Delton). Dedicated grandfather of Timothy Kippers (Shantell), Jason Kippers (Carla), Ashley Morgan (Devin), Hayley Morgan and Brooke Morgan. Proud great-grandfather of nine great-grandchildren.

Charles was a resident of Metairie, LA for the past 56 years. He was a dedicated employee and retired from Witco Chemical. Charles loved spending time with his family, attending Saints games, and fishing in Delacroix with his son.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, Mississippi on Tuesday, May 21st at 10am followed by a service at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in McComb at Barron Bethany Cemetery.
