Mr. Charles L. Campbell, 78, of Liberty, MS, passed from this life on March 1, 2019, at his residence. He was born on January 23, 1941 in Terry, MS, to Charles L. Campbell and Rebecca Cochran Campbell. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in McComb, MS and served his country in the US Army. He worked for many years as an electrical engineer and was a loving husband, father and grandfather

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Paula Worley Campbell of Liberty, MS; his sons, Charles L. Campbell, II and wife Diane of Leesville, LA, Sidney M. Campbell and wife Lorie of St. Johns, FL and Lester Perkins Campbell of Metairie, LA; 6 grandchildren; his brother, Ray Campbell and wife Margaret of Terry, MS; his sister, Arla Campbell of Kaleem, MS; a brother-in-law Billy Worley of McComb, MS  and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 7, 2019, at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, MS, from 11:00 A M until services at 2:00 P M with burial to follow in Jacob's Cemetery in Liberty, MS with Sharkey Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers are Garland Magee, Larry Shannon, Buster Smith, Charles L. "Trey" Campbell III, John Caleb Campbell, Tanner Campbell and Henry Anderson.
