Mrs. Brenda L. Alexander Johnson, 59, of Summit, MS, passed from this life on Monday, February 21, 2022 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS.

Mrs. Brenda was born in Tylertown, MS on September 4, 1962 and was the daughter of L.T. Alexander and Helen Boyd Alexander. She loved her family so much. She was a true, loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. She loved her arts and crafts and enjoyed when her grandbaby, Ainsley, would help her with them. She had a big heart and loved with everything in her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her father, and one sister-in-law, Mary Louise Alexander.

She is survived by her mother, Helen Boyd Alexander of Summit, MS; her husband of 37 wonderful years, Harold Wayne Johnson of Summit, MS; one daughter, Heather Nicole Johnson of Summit, MS; her granddaughter, Ainsley Brooke Johnson; one brother, Dwayne Alexander; one sister, Mylinda Alexander Russ, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 12PM until 2PM at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, MS. There will be a private family memorial service to follow with Bro. Keith Boyd officiating.
