Beverley W." Doodle" Watson, 71, of Kentwood, passed away, Sunday, September 16, 2018 at her residence.She was born December 16, 1946 in Clinton, LA. She was the daughter of Roy S. Williams and Elvira Sharkey Durnin.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother-in-law, Donald Moffat and two nephews.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Willie Ray Watson of Kentwood; four sons and daughters-in-laws, Scott and Lori Foster of Kentwood, Mike and Molly Foster of Gillsburg, Doug and Crystal Watson and Randy Watson of Kentwood; her sister, Peggy Williams Moffat of Zachary; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Wednesday at New Zion Baptist Church, 3841 LA-38, Kentwood, LA 70444 from 10AM until services at 12noon with Bro. Larry Blades officiating. Burial will be in the family cemetery under the direction of Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit.Ms. Watson's request was no flowers, please.
