Mr. Aubrey A. Brown, 76, of Magnolia, MS, passed from this life on Friday, September 30, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Aubrey was born in Magnolia, MS on June 5, 1946 and was the son of Leo Brown and Addie Mae Lewis Brown. He retired from South Pike School District after 16 years of service as Shop Foreman for the school bus garage. He enjoyed camping, floating the Bogue Chitto River, re-building old cars, & riding motorcycles. He was a loving husband, father, step-grandfather, step-great-grandfather, brother, cousin and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Lloyd Brown; one brother-in-law, Wallace Bailey, and one nephew, Eddie Ray Bailey.

He is survived by his loving, faithful wife of 56 years, Laura Bailey Brown of Magnolia, MS; one daughter Michelle Brown Hunter and Tim of Vicksburg, MS; one brother, Floyd Brown and Helon of Summit, MS;  Step granddaughters: Lori Finney (Mike) of Vicksburg, Ragan Haas (Travis)  of Vicksburg and Brandy Stewart of Cary. Step great-grandchildren Olivia Thompson, Marley Jo Haas, Noah Haas, Paige Bussey and Jack Stewart, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 3, 2022 from 5PM until 8PM and continue on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 12PM until time of service at 2PM at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, MS with Dr. David Millican officiating. A burial will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Magnolia, MS.

Pallbearers will be Jim Stewart, Lonnie Cox, Tim Hunter, John Timman, Danny Craig, and Donald Ford. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Brown, T.J. Bowman and Melvin Bryant.
