Mrs. Annie M. Johnson, 74, of Richland, MS, passed from this life on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS.  She was born on September 18, 1944, in Vicksburg, MS, to Garnett and Ella Mae McTaggert Foster. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in McComb, MS; was a homemaker; and enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and husband, Paul Johnson, Sr.

Survivors are her children, Edward Johnson (Chonnan) of Florence, MS, Angie Johnson Boyd (Robbie) of McComb, MS, Henry Johnson (Becky) of Richland, MS, and Kristin Johnson Neese (Kevin) of Richland, MS; sisters, Betty Kelley (Larry) and Donna Wages (Sam); 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 27, 2019, at Sharkey Funeral Home in Summit, MS, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will continue on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in Hollywood Cemetery in McComb, MS.  Bro. Tommy McTaggert will be officiating the services with Catchings-Sharkey Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers are Nathan Chapman, Henry Johnson, Jr., Clayton Johnson, John Neese, James Johnson, Josh Wages, Phillip Howell, and Mervin Boyd. Honorary pallbearers are Robbie Boyd and Kevin Neese.
